In January 2006, the Castletown After School Play Education and Recreation (CASPER) Club commissioned the Trust to undertake a feasibility study into the repair and re-use of the Traill hall in Castletown. We are currently seeking invitations from appropriately qualified design teams to tender for this work. Tenders are due back on 20th February after which we will be seeking to raise the partnership funding necessary to enable the feasibility study to proceed.
